This invention relates to a compound type independent drainage system, comprising a main body disposed therein with a receiving space and also disposed with a head end part and a tail end part which is disposed with a drainage hole at least two first partition plates, each intervally disposed in the receiving space of the main body at least two second partition plates, each respectively disposed to one side of the first partition plate and connected at the bottom end with the bottom end of the main body, wherein the second partition plate is disposed near the bottom end with a communication hole and a communication part, the communication part being disposed to the two sides of the second partition plate and wrapping two sides of the communication hole, the communication part being disposed therein with two hollow parts communicated with the communication hole, and the communication part being disposed at the bottom end with two openings respectively communicated with a hollow part and at least two third partition plates, each respectively disposed to one side of the second partition plate.
