The present invention relates to an ecological island, and more specifically, to an ecological island allowing vegetable floating bodies to further be installed along an edge of an ecological island body to finish a side surface of the ecological island such that a vegetable space is increased, thereby improving vegetation efficiency, providing vegetation of a water plant and a habitat space for fish to an anchor fixing the ecological island body, and allowing vegetation of both of a land plant and a water plant. The ecological island comprises an ecological island body, a plurality of vegetable floating bodies and an anchor. The ecological island body floats on the water and allows vegetation to grow. The vegetable floating bodies are connected along an edge of the ecological island body, are installed in a state of floating on the water, and finish a side surface of the ecological island body while increasing a vegetation space through a vegetation roll included in the upper part thereof. The anchor is connected to the lower part of the ecological island body and is placed on the bottom surface underwater to fix the ecological island body.본 발명은 생태섬에 관한 것으로, 생태섬몸체의 가장자리를 따라 식생부유체들을 더 설치하여 생태섬의 측면을 마감하면서 식생공간을 더 증가시켜 식생효율이 향상될 수 있도록 하고, 생태섬몸체를 고정하는 앵커에 수생식물의 식생 및 어류의 서식공간을 제공할 수 있도록 하며, 육생식물과 수생식물을 동시에 식생할 수 있도록 하는 인공 생태섬에 관한 것이다.상기 목적 달성을 위한 본 발명은, 수상에 부유되고 식생이 이루어지는 생태섬몸체； 상기 생태섬몸체의 가장자리를 따라 연결되어 수상에 부유된 상태로 설치되고 상부에 구비되는 식생롤을 통해 식생공간을 증가시켜주면서 생태섬몸체의 측면을 마감해주는 다수의 식생부유체； 상기 생태섬몸체의 하부에 연결되고 수중의 바닥면에 놓여짐으로써 생태섬몸체를 고정해주는 앵커；를 포함하여 구성된 것을 그 기술적 요지로 한다.
