PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a manual propulsion vehicle capable of getting over an obstacle without requiring step-on operation.SOLUTION: A manual propulsion vehicle comprises: a vehicle body part having a front wheel part and a rear wheel part a handle part disposed on an upper end of a brace part extending upward from a rear part of the vehicle body part and a rearward inclination base point part extending downward from the rear part of the vehicle body part.
