PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a foundation cosmetic for lips using advantages of an oil-in-water type emulsified cosmetic having preferable characteristics as the foundation cosmetic such as quick drying properties, somberness correcting effects and makeup lasting, not causing stretch feeling or stiff feeling like a silicone-based resin film, and having comfortable feeling of use.SOLUTION: It is found that an oily cosmetic excellent in migration resistance, no odor and causing no cobwebbing is obtained by blending polyisobutylene being a flexible and cohesive hydrocarbon resin with a volatile hydrocarbon oil in combination, and specifically selecting the polyisobutylene having predetermined relative mass (molecular weight) within a predetermined range. That is to say, the oil-in-water type emulsified foundation cosmetic includes polyisobutylene having a relative mass of 30,000-100,000, volatile hydrocarbon oil, pigment, a water-swellable thickner and an aqueous medium.COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT【課題】 速乾性、くすみ補正効果、化粧持ちなどの下地化粧料として好適な特性を有する水中油型乳化化粧料の利点を活かし、なおかつシリコーン系樹脂皮膜のようなつっぱり感やごわつき感を生ずることなく、快適な使用感触を持つ唇用下地化粧料を提供する。【解決手段】 柔軟で密着力のある炭化水素系樹脂であるポリイソブチレンと揮発性炭化水素油とを組み合わせて配合するとともに、ポリイソブチレンとして所定範囲の相対質量(分子量)を有するものを特に選択することにより、耐移り性に優れ、匂いもなく、なおかつ糸引きも生じない油性化粧料が得られることを見出した。すなわち、30,000~100,000の相対質量を有するポリイソブチレン、揮発性炭化水素油、顔料、水膨潤性増粘剤、及び水性媒体を含有することを特徴とする水中油型乳化下地化粧料を提供する。【選択図】なし
