Accordingly, the fixing and movement with respect to the ground surface can be facilitated even in the case of a heavy flowerpot in a park, an event venue, or the like. The flowerpot that can be fixed and moved according to the present invention includes: a body in which a flower or a tree is planted and a support portion supporting the body. The support portion has: an upper plate where the body is fixed and coupled to a portion directly thereon a lower plate formed below the upper plate and the lifting and lowering means provided between the upper plate and the lower plate so that the flowerpot can be fixed and moved with respect to the ground surface.
