The present invention relates to a medical apparatus (1) for locating blood vessels in the upper limb of a user, comprising distal attachment means (10) which are designed to be reversibly attached to said upper limb substantially at the forearm of said user 5and proximal attachment means (20) which are designed to be reversibly attached to said upper limb substantially at the arm of said user.
