PURPOSE: A headrest and a massage device using the headrest are provided to enable a user to take a service in a comfortable state. CONSTITUTION: A headrest having a massage function comprises: a driving part(10)； a housing； a driven part which is arranged within the housing, is projected from the outside, and is connected to the driving part； a massage unit(20) including an acupressure part connected to the driven part； an insertion part(31) in which the driving part is received； a mounting unit(32) in which the housing of the massage unit is accepted； and a head support member(30) including a protective cover.본 발명은 주무름 기능이 구비된 헤드레스트에 관한 것으로, 더욱 상세하게는 구동부와, 구동부와 연동하여 목 부위를 지압하기 위한 주무름수단과, 주무름수단이 장착되는 헤드지지부재를 포함하여 이루어지고, 특히 주무름수단이 헤드지지부재에 콤팩트하게 장착되어 헤드레스트 콤팩트하게 구성되고, 동시에 주무름수단이 특정 신체 부위인 목 부분의 피로감을 풀기 위한 최적의 구조로 이루어짐으로써 안마 및 마사지 시 사용자가 편안한 상태에서 서비스를 받을 수 있고, 더 나아가 상기한 바와 같은 헤드레스트에 사용자의 등 부위의 피로감을 풀어주기 위한 마사지수단을 접목하여 소비자의 다양한 기호를 만족시킬 수 있는 주무름 기능이 구비된 헤드레스트를 제안하고자 한다.
