Disclosed is a vaccine comprising a fiber protein, selected from fiber-2 protein of Fowl Adenovirus C (FAdV-C), fiber-2 protein of Fowl Adenovirus A (FAdV-A), fiber protein of Fowl Adenovirus B, D and E (FAdV-B, FAdV-D and FAdV-E), or an immunogenic fragment thereoffor use in preventing hepatitis-hydropericardium Syndrome (HHS) or inclusion body hepatitis (IBH) or Gizzard Erosion (GE) in birds, preferably in poultry, especially in broilers.La présente invention concerne un vaccin comprenant une protéine fibreuse, sélectionnée parmi la protéine fibreuse 2 de l'adénovirus Fowl C (FAdV-C), la protéine fibreuse 2 de l'adénovirus Fowl A (FAdV-A), la protéine fibreuse des adénovirus Fowl B, D et E (FAdV-B, FAdV-D et FAdV-E), ou un fragment immunogène de celles-ci pour son utilisation dans la prévention du syndrome hépatique hydropéricarde (HHS) ou de l'hépatite à corps d'inclusion (IBH) ou de l'érosion du gésier (GE) chez les oiseaux, de préférence chez le poulet, notamment chez les poulets à griller.
