PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a port for endoscopic surgery that enables a doctor to easily get feeling of grasping an affected part when grasping the affected part in an abdominal region of a patient.SOLUTION: A port 1 for endoscopic surgery that is attached to a hole formed in an abdominal region of a patient undergoing laparoscopic surgery comprises: a port body 2 that is formed cylindrically and is attached to the hole in the abdominal region of the patient a port lid 5 that has a disk part 4 and is attached to an upper aperture 3 of the port body 2 in a freely removable manner a support rod 7 that is provided at the port lid 5, has one end extending from the port lid 5 in an upward direction, has the other end extending from the port lid 5 in a lower direction than a lower aperture 6 of the port body 2 and supports forceps 11 and 12 for grasping an affected part in the abdominal region of the patient and a lock mechanism 8 that moves the port lid 5 in a longer direction of the support rod 7 and fixes it to the upper aperture 3 of the port body 2 in a non-rotatable manner.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1COPYRIGHT: (C)2017,JPO&INPIT【課題】患者の腹部内の患部を鉗子で把持したとき、患部を把持した感触を医師に感じさせ易くすることができる内視鏡手術用ポートを提供する。【解決手段】腹腔鏡手術を受ける患者の腹部に形成された孔に装着される内視鏡手術用ポート1であって、筒状に形成され患者の腹部の孔に装着されるポート本体2と、ポート本体2の上部開口3に着脱自在に取り付けられた円板部4を有するポート蓋5と、ポート蓋5に設けられ、一端がポート蓋5から上方に延出され、他端がポート蓋5からポート本体2の下部開口6よりも下方に延出され、患者の腹部内の患部を把持する鉗子11、12を支持する支柱7と、ポート蓋5をポート本体2の上部開口3に、支柱7の長手方向に移動させて回動不能に固定するロック機構8とを備えている。【選択図】図1
