PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a drug ejection device capable of making ejection rate of every time constant even in the case the same ejection head has been used a plurality of times.SOLUTION: A drug containing unit 2 containing drug is connected to a drug ejecting section 1 comprising an ejection port 1a from which the drug is ejected and an element 1b which generates energy for ejecting the drug from the ejection port 1a. A pressure difference occurs between the inside and outside of the drug containing unit 2 when the drug is ejected from the ejection port 1a because the drug containing unit 2 is blocked from outside air excepting the ejection port 1a.
