The present invention relates to a method and an apparatus for manufacturing medical suction tubes. The method includes: a manufacturing preparation process (S1); a mold pin heating process (S2); a raw material dipping process (S3); a tube curing process (S4); and a tube discharging process (S5). The manufacturing process line is sequentially executed to execute the manufacturing processes repeatedly and automatically manufacture the medical suction tubes in large numbers by using a liquid silicon rubber material harmless to the human body. According to the present invention, the apparatus includes a body frame including a circulation chain (17) in a closed curve shape. The circulation chain (17) is installed to move along multiple guide rails (13, 14) and discs (15, 16) in order to prepare multiple mold pins (19d) having a suction tube shape and assembly and mount a molding pin mounting support (19) having the molding pins (19d) fitted, inserted, and mounted onto the surface thereof.
