The method involves recording a multiplet of specific information of radiological examination of a subject in an information system. Data is selected in multiplet of information, and coded based on predetermined coding for obtaining a specific graphic coded mark of a radiographic exposure. A radiographic film is tattooed during its pulling by a hard copy device by the specific coded graphic mark. The data of the mark coded is read and decoded by an optical reading system. The concerned radiological exposure is identified. Independent claims are also included for the following: (1) a computer program product comprising a set of instructions for managing data relative to a radiographic film obtained by pulling from a digital radiographic image resulting from an exposure of a subject to ionizing radiation from a source (2) a storage medium comprising a set of instructions for managing data relative to a radiographic film obtained by pulling from a digital radiographic image resulting from exposure of the subject to ionizing radiation from a source (3) a device for pulling film from a digital radiographic image for implementation of a method for managing data relative to a radiographic film obtained by pulling from a digital radiographic image resulting from an exposure of a subject to ionizing radiation from a source.
