PURPOSE: A vaterite containing catecholamine and a manufacturing method of hydroxyapatite using thereof are provided to improve reactivity of the vaterite by containing catecholamine material inside or on surface of calcium carbonate. CONSTITUTION: A manufacturing method of hydroxyapatite comprises the next steps: adding a spherical shaped vaterite phase calcium carbonate to human plasma or SBF(simulated body fluid)； and forming hydroxyapatite crystal by stirring at 30-45 deg. Celsius. A manufacturing method of a spherical vaterite phase calcium carbonate comprises next steps: mixing calcium ion donor, carbonate ion donor, and catecholamine； forming a spherical shaped vaterite phase calcium carbonate by stirring the mixture at 15-40 deg. Celsius； and obtaining the spherical shaped vaterite phase calcium carbonate. The catecholamine is selected from a group including dopamine, epinephrine, norepinephrine, and polymer thereof.본 발명은 카테콜아민을 함유하는 하이드록시아파타이트의 제조방법에 관한 것으로, 더욱 자세하게는 탄산칼슘의 입자 표면 또는 내부에 카테콜아민을 함유하는 구형 바테라이트 상 탄산칼슘 및 그의 제조방법 방법과 상기 구형 바테라이트 상 탄산칼슘으로부터 제조되는 카테콜아민을 함유하는 하이드록시아파타이트 및 그 제조방법에 관한 것이다.본 발명에 따르면, 일상 온도에서 2일 이상의 반응 시간만 있으면 특별한 기계적 장치를 이용한 조작 없이 용이하게 뼈의 구성 물질인 하이드록시아파타이트를 제조할 수 있다.
