The invention provides an ostomy bag for preventing hand from staining with excrement. The purpose is to keep the patients hands clean during cleaning excrement. The technical means comprises: a collection bag that has a pouch therein, and a fitting port is disposed at top end of one side surface of the collection bag and communicated with the pouch, and the bottom of the collection bag is configured with an outlet penetrated to the pouch, wherein the inner wall of the outlet is configured with two spring sheets corresponded to each other an adapting base disposed at the position of the fitting port and the surface of the adapting base has a drainage hole communicated with the pouch and, an external bag made of flexible material, which encloses the outer periphery of the outlet by its upper portion and the length of its lower portion exceeds the outlet. The top of the external bag is configured with a strap, and both ends of the strap are respectively configured with a velcro member respectively.
