PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a hand-rolled rice ball, and to provide a laver wrapping bag for the hand-rolled rice ball.SOLUTION: This hand-rolled rice ball is composed of a rice ball, and a laver wrapping bag 3 for the hand-rolled rice ball, attached so as to cover the rice ball, and having an external wrapping film 4 set with a belt-like sealing film having a handle part on the upper part.
