A walking rehabilitation training system is provided. The walking rehabilitation training system according to an embodiment of the present invention is a walking rehabilitation training system including a walking training device moving along a guide rail disposed on a ceiling while supporting a user and detecting and transmitting the users movement displacement and a load attributable to the user and a control device controlling the walking training device based on the transmitted movement displacement and load. The walking training device includes: a traveling support module moving along the guide rail disposed on the ceiling and supporting the user a sensor module detecting the movement displacement and the load and a first control module receiving a control signal transmitted from the control device and controlling the traveling support module based on the control signal.
