The present invention relates to an apparatus for disinfection of clothing using UV LED, the invention comprising: a booth for accommodating clothing inside and installed with a door on one surface； a rod-shaped power connection unit installed to cross an upper part of an inside portion of the booth； and a cloth&prime；s hanger which has a ring unit having a ring shape to be hung to the power connection unit and being supplied with power when being hung to the power connection unit, and which has a hanger unit extended on both sides from the ring unit to be hung with clothing and having, in a lower portion of both sides, a respective first UV LED lamp capable of irradiating UV light having a wavelength with a disinfection function so as to disinfect an inner side of clothing wherein the hanger unit has a push button in an upper part, when clothing is hung, the push button is pressed by the weight of the clothing, a hanging signal is transmitted to a control unit, accordingly, when clothing is hung to the hanger unit, the push button is pressed, a hanging signal is transmitted to the control unit, the first UV LED lamp is controlled to be turned on, and when clothes separated from the hanger unit, the push button is controlled to return to an original position, a separation signal is transmitted to the control unit and the first UV LED lamp is controlled to be turned off.
