The present invention relates to the treatment of eczema. More specifically, the invention relates to a new method of treating eczema through the epicutaneous route. In particular, the method of the invention comprises applying to a non eczematous area of the skin of the subject a skin patch device, comprising a composition, under conditions allowing a contact between said composition and the skin.
