At least one of the outer layer sheet (30) and the intermediate layer sheet (32) comprises a plurality of openings (61 62) disposed to be mutually separated in the longitudinal direction (Y) and in the lateral direction (X) and no openings (61 62) are formed on the inner layer sheet (33).
