PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide techniques that make it possible to use, as a flowerpot, a flower vase to arrange cut flowers in.SOLUTION: To draw and discharge water accumulated in a flower vase 1, a tube 2 is installed from the outside via the top of the flower vase 1 to the bottom inside the flower vase 1. A fine mesh filter 3 is attached to a front end of the tube in order not to draw out anything but water, such as soil. Strong force to cause water and air to flow into a vacuum is utilized to efficiently and quickly draw out a surplus water component accumulated in the flower vase 1.
