PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electric brush device allowing a user to wash hair or the like while surely holding it in hand.SOLUTION: The electric brush device 1 comprises: a device body 2 a brush part 3 operated by the device body 2, the brush part 3 including a base plate 4 formed by a flexible material, and a plurality of protrusions 5 protrudingly provided on the surface of the base plate 4 and a frame body 6 for retaining the peripheral edge of the base plate 4, provided on the device body 2. The device body 2 has a flexible belt part 35, and a user inserts a hand between the device body 2 and the belt part 35 and holds the device body 2 such that the hand holding the device body 2 is hardly separated from the device body 2.
