The present invention is related to a polyacetylene compound and application thereof. The polyacetylene compound is isolated from an exteact of fruit body of Antrodia cinnamomea and has a function of inhibiting the production of nitric oxide. Therefore, the polyacetylene compound can be used for preparing a pharmaceutical composition for anti-inflammation. The present invention also teaches the representative metabolites of the fruit body of Antrodia cinnamomea, which can be used to evaluate the quality thereof.本發明關於一種聚乙炔化合物及其運用。該聚乙炔化合物係自樟芝子實體中分離而得,且具有抑制一氧化氮產生的效果。因此該聚乙炔化合物可運用於製備具有抗發炎效果的醫藥組合物。本發明並教示樟芝子實體中具有代表意義生理代謝物質,其可運用於評估樟芝的品質。
