Die Erfindung betrifft eine Vorrichtung mit einem auf die Haut aufklebbaren Positionierrahmen und mit einem in eine den Positionierrahmen durchdringende Ausnehmung einsetzbaren transdermalem therapeutischem System, wobei die wirkstoffabgebenede Ausgabeseite des eingesetzten transdermalen therapeutischen Systems der Haut zugewandt ist. Die Vorrichtung umfasst eine in die Ausnehmung des Positionierrahmens einsetzbare und in dieser zentrierbare Werkzeugeinheit zur Erzeugung von Durchbrüchen zumindest in der obersten Schicht der Haut. Le dispositif comporte une unité doutil pouvant être inséré dans lévidement du cadre de positionnement et centré dans celui-ci pour produire des perçages au moins dans la couche supérieure de la peau. La transmission de principe actif du système thérapeutique transdermique est améliorée par la présente invention.
