The present invention provides a composition for enhancing cancer therapeutic effect of sorafenib comprising emodin. The composition of the present invention significantly enhances cancer cell growth inhibition compared with the case of single administration of emodin and sorafenib. Although the use amount of sorafenib is reduced to a lower concentration than the conventional optimum treatment concentration, the liver cancer cell growth inhibition is further enhanced to overcome anticancer drug resistance.본 발명은 에모딘(emodin)을 포함하는 소라페니브(sorafenib)의 암 치료 효과 증강용 조성물을 제공한다. 본 발명의 조성물은 에모딘과 소라페니브를 각각 단독 투여한 경우에 비하여 암세포 성장저해 효과가 현저히 개선시켰고, 소라페니브의 사용량을 기존의 적정 처리 농도보다 저농도로 줄였음에도 간암세포 성장억제 효과가 더욱 개선되어 항암제 내성을 극복할 수 있다.
