A method of producing a confectionery product with a filling, comprising the steps of:! obtaining a prefabricated edible shell having a cavity and a hole at one end, the prefabricated edible shell formed from an edible material selected from the group consisting of chocolate, candy, caramel and toffee, and! depositing the filling and the edible coating material substantially simultaneously from the nozzle assembly having the inner and outer concentric nozzles so that the edible coating material flows through the external nozzle and the filling flows through the internal nozzle into the cavity, wherein the filling and edible coating material are enclosed in the pre-made edible shell, and the edible coating material forms a coating at the open end of the pre-made edible shell, to obtain m of confectionery filled. ! 2. The method according to claim 1, further comprising pre-heating the edible shell to a softening temperature of the edible material before depositing the filling and coating material. ! 3. The method according to claim 1, in which the filling is selected from the group consisting of water-based fillings and fat-based fillings. ! 4. The method according to any one of claims 1 to 3, in which the edible material and edible coating material are independently selected from the group consisting of chocolate, candy, caramel and toffee. ! 5. The method according to any one of claims 1 to 3, in which the edible shell is formed by casting, stamping or pressing. ! 6.
