PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To accurately determine invasion of tumor to a tubular tissue.SOLUTION: A medical image processor 1 according to the present invention comprises: a cross section setting part 171； a measurement part 173； and an invasion determination part 175. The cross section setting part 171 sets a measurement target cross section which crosses a tubular tissue area related to a tubular tissue on which there is probability of invasion of tumor, to plural three-dimensional images related to plural time phases. The measurement part 173 measures a form index value on the measurement target cross section of the tubular tissue area over the plural time phases.
