PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a technology to extract and display medical information to pay attention to in a time domain.SOLUTION: Information acquisition parts 30, 40 to 50 of an information integration device 10 showing one embodiment of the current invention acquire medical information from medical devices 102 to 112 to be used in surgery. An information storage part 30 manages time for the information acquisition part to acquire the medical information on a unified time axis, imparts it to the medical information, imparts a label for identifying the medical information to the medical information, and stores it to a storage device. An event extraction part 72 extracts an event to be displayed to the display device 74 from the medical information stored to the storage device on the basis of the label imparted to the medical information. The area setting part 72 sets a time domain where to display an event extracted by the event extraction part to a display device. The display part 72 displays to the display device an image including a surgery part and an event extracted by the event extraction part as medical information in the set time domain on the basis of the time imparted to the medical information.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1【課題】時間領域において注目したい医療情報を抽出して表示する技術を提供する。【解決手段】本開示の一態様を示す情報統合装置１０の情報取得部３０、４０～５０は、手術で使用される医療装置１０２～１１２から医療情報を取得する。情報保存部３０は、情報取得部が医療情報を取得する時間を一元化された時間軸上で管理して医療情報に付与し、医療情報を特定するためのラベルを医療情報に付与して記憶装置に保存する。イベント抽出部７２は、記憶装置に保存されている医療情報から表示装置７４に表示させるイベントを、医療情報に付与されたラベルに基づいて抽出する。領域設定部７２は、イベント抽出部が抽出したイベントを表示装置に表示させる時間領域を設定する。表示部７２は、設定された時間領域において、医療情報として、手術箇所を含む画像とイベント抽出部が抽出したイベントとを、医療情報に付与された時間に基づいて表示装置に表示させる。【選択図】図１
