PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a combine threshing device in which secondary grains after selection can be processed while transferring forward by a second processing body, and thereby branch grains are decreased and the recovery efficiency of fine grains is increased.SOLUTION: A combine threshing device is characterized in that a threshing cylinder (7) is internally installed in an upper threshing chamber (8) in a rotatable manner, and a swinging/sorting shelf (40) is internally installed in a lower sorting chamber (8s) in a forward/backward swingable manner. Many rod-like threshing teeth (112) are set up in an outer circumferential part of the threshing cylinder (7), and a second processing body (14) for re-processing secondary grains after being sorted by the swinging/sorting shelf (40) while transferring forward is rotatably provided in the left and right one side of the threshing cylinder (7). Also, the threshing cylinder (7) and the second processing body (14) are pivotally installed between a front wall (106) and a back wall (107) of the threshing chamber (8) in a rotatable manner, and a front and back length of the threshing cylinder (7) and a front and back length of the second processing body (14) are set in an equal length.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2COPYRIGHT: (C)2016,JPO&INPIT【課題】選別後の二番物を、二番処理胴によって前方へ移送しながら処理できるものとし、枝梗粒を減少させて精粒の回収効率を高める。【解決手段】上部の扱室(8)に扱胴(7)を回転自在に内装し、下部の選別室(8s)には揺動選別棚(40)を前後揺動自在に内装したコンバインの脱穀装置において、扱胴(7)の外周部に多数の棒状の扱歯(112)を立設し、扱胴(7)の左右一側には、揺動選別棚(40)によって選別された後の二番物を、前方へ移送しながら再処理する二番処理胴(14)を回転自在に設ける。また、扱胴(7)と二番処理胴(14)を、扱室(8)の前壁(106)と後壁(107)の間に亘って回転自在に軸架し、扱胴(7)の前後長と二番処理胴(14)の前後長を同等の長さに設定する。【選択図】 図2
