The present invention provides a continuous agricultural product processing method which continuously automates a processing procedure of an agricultural product, such as vegetables, fruits and the like, to efficiently commercialize various agricultural products after harvesting while promoting work convenience and fast workability. According to the present invention, the continuous agricultural product processing method comprises: a washing step of inserting agricultural products to be processed into a washing chamber and washing the agricultural products by spray of washing water and repeated immersing works; a drying step of inserting the agricultural products washed in the washing step into a drying chamber maintaining a temperature condition of 40 to 50°C, and supplying hot air into the drying chamber to dry the agricultural products by a moisture content percentage of 10 to 20, wherein inner air containing humidity is dehumidified and circulated and the dehumidified air is heated, supplied, and circulated; a primary sorting step of vibrating and separating the agricultural products into different sizes while transferring the agricultural products completing the drying step to sort the agricultural products; and a secondary sorting step of reading color of the primarily sorted agricultural product to determine the agricultural product as a good or bad product and then, dividing and sorting the same. Moreover, a raw material transfer process of continuously and automatically transferring and supplying the agricultural products is included between processes of each step of the washing, drying, and primary and secondary sorting steps.본 발명은 채소류나 과일류 등과 같은 농산물의 가공절차를 연속적으로 자동화하여 작업의 편의성 및 신속한 작업성을 도모하면서 다양한 농산물을 수확한 후 효율적으로 상품화함을 제공하도록, 가공대상인 농산물을 세척챔버에 투입한 후 세척수의 분사 및 반복적인 담금 작업에 의해 농산물을 세척가공하는 세척단계와; 상기 세척단계에 의해 세척된 농산물을 40~50℃의 온도 조건을 유지하는 건조실에 투입하고, 상기 건조실 내 열풍을 공급하되 습기를 함유한 내부공기를 제습 및 환기하여 제습 처리한 공기에 열을 가한 후 순환공급하며, 농산물을 10~20%의 함수율을 갖게 건조가공하는 건조단계와; 상기 건조단계를 거
