PURPOSE: A method for manufacturing zirconia teeth is provided to make the color of a dental implant similar to the color of a natural tooth. CONSTITUTION: A method for manufacturing zirconia teeth is constituted as follows. Typodont is scanned(S10). According to the generated data, zirconia is processed and a dental implant is molded(S20). The dental implant is dried for 18-22 minutes and cooled at the room temperature(S30). Different kinds of liquid are manufactured(S40). The root, body, and root of the dental implant are coated with different kinds of liquid through coloring steps and are dried(S50). The colored dental implant is fired at 1500-1550deg.C(S60).본 발명은 지르코니아 치아의 제조 방법에 관한 것으로, 이러한 방법은 치아 모형을 스캔하는 스캔단계； 인공 치아를 성형하는 성형단계； 550~580℃에서 18~22분 동안 건조하는 건조단계； A1착색액, A1.5착색액, A2착색액, A3착색액, A4착색액 및 A5착색액을 제조하는 착색액 제조단계； 상기 건조단계에서 건조된 상기 인공 치아의 뿌리부위(cervical)와 바디(body)부위 및 치아끝부위(occlusal)에 서로 다른 착색액을 도포하는 착색단계； 및 상기 착색단계에서 착색된 상기 인공치아를 1500~1550℃에서 소성하는 소성단계를 포함한다. 이와 같은 방법에 의하여 인공 치아의 뿌리부위(cervical), 바디(body)부위 및 치아끝부위(occlusal)에 다른 농도의 착색액을 도포하여 건조하고, 또한 제1착색단계, 제2착색단계, 제3착색단계 및 제4착색단계를 거치면서 인공치아의 색상이 자연의 색상과 거의 동일하게 착색되고 또한 명도가 높게 형성되는 효과가 발생한다.
