The present invention relates to a peptide for targeting an autophagic cell, and a use of the same. More specifically, the present invention relates to a polypeptide specifically coupled with an autophagic cell and including an amino acid sequence represented by formula (I), amino terminal-C-X1-X2-X3-X4-X5-X6-X7-C-carboxy terminal； an autophagic cell detecting composition including the same as an active ingredient； a drug delivery composition including the same as an active ingredient； and an imaging composition including the same as an active ingredient.
