PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method of producing anti-nematode serum which enables appropriate diagnosis of the extent of damage to cultivated crops, such as garlic, and cultivation fields caused by nematode infection, appropriate harvesting, and appropriate nematode control.SOLUTION: An anti-nematode serum production method roughly consists of an antibody production step P1 for producing an antibody 2 using nematode fragments 1, obtained by crushing a detection target nematode, as an antigen and an absorption processing step P2 for removing reactants 4 with which a serum 3 containing the antibody 2 shows non-specific reaction. As the nematode fragments, body contents, in particular, of the nematode may be suitably used. A principal use of the anti-nematode serum of the present invention is for detection of nematodes, such as Ditylenchus destructor, in crops and soil.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1COPYRIGHT: (C)2018,JPO&INPIT【課題】ニンニク等の栽培作物および栽培圃場における線虫感染被害程度を的確に診断し、適確な収穫、防除を行うことのできる抗線虫血清の製造方法を提供すること。【解決手段】抗線虫血清製造方法は、検出対象線虫を破砕してなる線虫破砕物1を抗原として抗体2を得る抗体生成過程P1と、当該抗体2を含む血清3が非特異的反応を示す反応物4を除去する吸収処理過程P2とから、大きく構成される。線虫破砕物としては特に、当該線虫の体内容物を好適に用いることができる。本発明に係る抗線虫血清は、イモグサレセンチュウ等の作物または土壌における線虫検出に用いることを主たる用途とする。【選択図】図1
