A watering device is applicable to installation at a plant cultivation area to introduce irrigation water to the plant cultivation area. The watering device comprises a water supply pipe and multiple watering heads. The water supply pipe comprises a pipe body that defines a water storage space. The pipe body is formed with a water inlet opening and multiple mounting holes. The watering heads are mounted, in a detachable manner, to the mounting holes respectively and are insertable into the plant cultivation area. Each watering head comprises a housing that is fit into and fixed in a hole wall of one of the mounting holes and is in communication with the water storage space and a porous water permeable body disposed in the housing. The housing is of a hollow conic shape that diverges from the top to the bottom and comprises an upper opening through which the irrigation water may flow in and a lower opening through which the irrigation water may flow out to the plant cultivation area.
