The present invention relates to a method for producing active-type ginsengs, which may be stored for a long time while being refrigerated, cooled, or at room temperature and contains active-type saponin, by using roots of ginsengs such as wild ginseng, wood-cultivated ginseng, cultured ginseng, fresh ginseng, American ginseng, sanchi, or general ginseng. In particular, roots of ginsengs are washed and naturally dried, and a shape thereof is intactly maintained, so ginsengs containing active-type saponin are produced by using an automatic temperature and humidity controlling device which may automatically control temperature and humidity. The produced ginsengs are continuously dried in the automatic temperature and humidity adjusting device at humidity of 40% or less. A ginseng product produced thereby is packed at vacuum by using a shrink-wrapping sheet, and active-type ginsengs packed at vacuum are sterilized through heat treatment at high temperature, so a product may be stored for a long period of time even at room temperature.본 발명은 인삼류 즉 산삼, 산양삼, 배양근, 수인삼, 화기삼, 전칠삼 또는 인삼 등의 뿌리를 이용하여 냉동, 냉장, 실온에서 장기 보관가능하며 활성형 사포닌을 함유하는 인삼류 제조방법에 관한 것으로, 구체적으로는 인삼류의 뿌리를 수세하여 자연건조한 후 형태를 그대로 유지하면서 자동온도조절과 자동습도조절이 가능한 자동온습도조절장치를 이용하여 활성형 사포닌을 함유하는 인삼류를 제조하고, 이를 자동온습도조절장치에서 연속하여 습도 40%이하로 건조하고 이렇게 제조된 인삼류 제품을 수축포장지를 이용하여 진공포장한 후 진공포장된 활성형 인삼류를 고온에서 열처리에 의하여 멸균하여 실온에서도 장기간 보존할 수 있는 제품을 제조하는 방법에 관한 것이다.
