An endoscopic surgical device comprises a vibration unit and a surgical unit. The vibration unit generates vibration. The surgical unit comprises a sheath and a surgical member. The sheath has a long elongated tube shape, and has a cavity penetrating in a longitudinal direction therein. The sheath entirely vibrates by vibrations received from the vibration unit while being inserted into the body. The surgical unit is disposed through the cavity inside the sheath, and protrudes toward the end of the sheath to perform procedure in the body. According to the present invention, damage in the body can be prevented.내시경 수술장치는 진동유닛 및 수술유닛을 포함한다. 상기 진동유닛은 진동을 발생시킨다. 상기 수술유닛은 쉬스(Sheath) 및 수술부재를 포함한다. 상기 쉬스는 길게 연장된 튜브형상을 가지며 내부에 장축방향으로 관통된 공동이 형성되며, 생체내부에 삽입된 상태에서 상기 진동유닛으로부터 전달받은 진동에 의해 전체적으로 진동한다. 상기 수술유닛은 상기 쉬스 내부의 공동을 통과하여 배치되며, 상기 쉬스의 단부쪽으로 돌출되어 상기 생체내부에서 시술작업을 수행한다.
