The invention relates to an ankle prosthesis (51) comprising a tibial component (15), a talar component (52), and a bearing (53) component for placement between said tibial and said talar component. The tibial component may comprise a base (18). At an upper surface of the base, a fixation fin (19) may protrude generally upwardly from the base. On the fixation fin at least one stabilisation element (25, 25') may be provided for stabilisation of the tibial component when placed in the tibia. The at least one stabilisation element may extend away from the fixation fin. The tibial component may be used as a replacement tibial component for replacing a worn out tibial component in an earlier placed ankle prosthesis.
