The present invention relates to a dental impression tray and, more particularly, to a dental impression tray comprising: an outer tray formed from a hard sheet material and having a handle at one side thereof； and an inner tray inserted into the outer tray and having a hole which is formed on the surface thereof and through which an impression material can pass.
