PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To develop a fertilizer having a fertilizer effect and fast-acting property equivalent to a chemical fertilizer using organic substances as raw materials in order to solve the problems that the concentration of nutrient elements is unstable in comparison with a commercially available culture soil using chemical fertilizers and a culture soil becomes in an oxygen deficient state, and thereby, it is difficult to get good seedlings, although a culture soil, in which bean-curd refuse compost or the like is blended, is used in the raising of seedlings for organically grown rice plant, because chemically synthesized materials are not permitted at all to be used at present over the entire period of crop cultivation in the Japan Agricultural Standard for organic agricultural products.SOLUTION: Chicken droppings are roasted at a temperature not higher than 400°C, at which uric acid mainly occupying nitrogen contained in the droppings is decomposed, to make easily degradable substances in the droppings be hardly-degradable and to convert the droppings into a composite fertilizer containing nitrogen in the form of uric acid exhibiting a fast-acting property equal to a chemical fertilizer containing nitrogen, phosphoric acid, and potassium each in an amount of about 4%. When an easily degradable substance exists in a culture soil, in the raising of seedlings performed at about 30°C under a high-water-content condition, miscellaneous germs and molds propagate themselves and harmful reducing substances such as hydrogen sulfide, methane gas or the like are formed, and the production of healthy seedlings is inhibited.COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT【課題】現在有機農産物の日本農林規格では作物栽培の全期間にわたって化学的に合成された資材は一切使用できないため、有機栽培米稲用の育苗ではおから堆肥等を配合した培土を使用しているが化学肥料使用の市販培土に比べて養分濃度が一定しない、培土が酸素不足の状態に陥るなどの問題があり、良苗の確保をかなり困難なものにしている。このため有機物を原料とした化学肥料と同等の肥効、速効性を持っ肥料の開発が強く望まれている。【解決手段】本発明は鶏ふんをふん中窒素の主体を占める尿酸の分解温度400℃以下で焙煎し、ふん中の易分解性物質を難分解性化するとともに窒素、りん酸、加里量各4%程度の化学肥料と同等の速効性を示す含尿酸態窒素複合肥料に変換したものである。なお
