PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a hydrogen peroxide gas sterilization apparatus that can achieve a desired sterilization all the way through the inside of an object to be sterilized even if the object to be sterilized is, for example, a long object such as a tube or pipe.SOLUTION: The hydrogen peroxide sterilization apparatus includes a sterilization tank 2 for containing an object to be sterilized, a heating means for heating the inside of sterilization tank 2, an evacuation means 3 for evacuating the inside of sterilization tank 2, a pressure-restoring means 4 for pressure-restoring the inside of sterilization tank 2 with air, and a gas supply means 5 for supplying hydrogen peroxide gas into sterilization tank 2. The gas supply means 5 includes a carburetor 14 for hydrogen peroxide solution. The heating means heats and maintains the inside of sterilization tank 2 to a preset temperature, as well as the evacuation means 3 evacuates the inside of sterilization tank 2, followed by the gas supply means 5 supplying hydrogen peroxide gas into sterilization tank 2 and sterilizing the object to be sterilized.
