PURPOSE: A height adjusting device is provided to be able to adjust the height of a supporting frame of a heat insulating cover for a plastic greenhouse by the height of the cultivating crops.CONSTITUTION: A connection line(65) is connected to a central axis of a heat insulating cover supporting frame on both ends of a center axis(60) of an outer frame(100). The heat insulating cover supporting frame is connected to a vertical bottom axis fixed on the bottom surface so as to move a horizontal central axis and a horizontal side axis together. The horizontal central axis is provided to have a central limb axis so as to be connected to a side axis on both sides. The side axis has a side branch axis on one side and a lower branch axis on the other side. The central axis of the supporting frame is connected to a connection line on both ends of the center axis of the outer frame. The height of the side axis is ranged in 50-200 centimeters from the bottom surface. A heat insulating cover in the supporting frame is provided at a length to cover the side axis on both sides and the bottom surface.
