PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a vascular anastomotic device being applicable to an anastomosis (end-to-side anastomosis) between a side portion of one blood vessel and an end portion of another blood vessel.SOLUTION: A vascular anastomotic device 1 includes: a first component 10 including a pipe-like skeleton part 11 that is insertable into an end portion 51 of a first blood vessel and can be contracted radially inward and expanded radially outward, an arm-like skeleton part 12 that extends from an end portion 11a of the pipe-like skeleton part and can be contracted radially inward and expanded radially outward by rotationally turning about the end portion 11a, a membrane part 13 provided along the pipe-like skeleton part and the arm-like skeleton part and a second component 20 including a contact part 21 capable of coming into contact with a side portion of a second blood vessel, and a hole part 23 that penetrates through the contact part and through which the first blood vessel can pass.
