Disclosed are a magnetically-inductive light-emitting element and an application device and a method thereof, in which a magnetically-inductive light-emitting element is implanted in an organism subject to test, measurement of temperature, or therapy, and a magnetic field is applied to drive the element to emit light that serves as a light source for carrying out a photo-biochemical reaction. Alternatively, a photo-sensor unit is provided to detect wavelength value of a light beam, and a temperature conversion unit converts the wavelength value into an output value that represents the body temperature of a portion inside the organism where the measurement is to be made.
