PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a biological component measuring device which non-invasively performs high accuracy biological component measuring, and to provide a biological component measuring method.SOLUTION: The biological component measuring device 10 includes: a guide plate 11 where a part of a living body 20 is placed a light source 18 for generating light to pass through the living body placed on the guide plate 11 in the width direction of the guide plate 11 a light reception part 19 for receiving the light coming through the living body 20 optical path change parts 15a, 15b, 16a, 16b for changing an optical path between the light source 18 and the light reception part 19 and a control part 17.
