Thus, a herbicidal composition having a broad herbicidal spectrum, having high activity and having a long-lasting effect has been desired.;The present invention relates to a herbicidal composition comprising (a) nicosulfuron or its salt and (b) S-metolachlor or its salt. According to the present invention, a herbicidal composition having a broad herbicidal spectrum, having high activity and having a long-lasting effect can be provided.
