PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a soup stock extraction filter material and a soup stock pack which can make a favorable soup stock by preventing the smell of the soup stock from being adsorbed to the material.SOLUTION: The soup stock extraction filter material used for a bag is used for a bag-like soup stock pack and is constituted of a water-permeable sheet having polyamide resin fiber that is subjected to heat treatment under the existence of water to relieve oil adhering to a surface.
