The present invention relates to a multispecific antigen-binding molecule comprising a first antigen-binding domain and a second antigen-binding domain. The first domain specifically binds a target molecule (T), and the second domain specifically binds an internalizing effector protein (E), the second antigen-binding domain having a dissociation constant (KD) with E of between 10-9 and 10-8 M. The multispecific antigen-binding molecule is useful in a method for treating and/or preventing a cancer.La présente invention concerne une molécule de liaison aux antigènes multispécifique comprenant un premier domaine de liaison à l'antigène et un second domaine de liaison à l'antigène. Le premier domaine se lie spécifiquement une molécule cible (T), et le second domaine se lie spécifiquement à une protéine effectrice d'internalisation (E), le second domaine de liaison à l'antigène ayant une constante de dissociation (KD) avec E comprise entre 10-9 et 10-8 M.
