Providing radiation with a broadband white light source. Forming radiation scattered by skin by means of an optical system. Detecting formed radiation and creating a colour image using image detector. Determining three colour coordinates for each image using a processing unit and on basis of constant measurement conditions mathematical modelling is performed to create a model of propagation of radiation in visible spectral range in biological tissues. Three colour coordinates are compared with results of mathematical modelling.
