PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electrocardiogram sensor sheet capable of quickly and accurately attaching each electrode to a prescribed position.SOLUTION: A base sheet 500 has a belt-like main trunk part stuck to the vertical direction of the body, and a plurality of brach parts each provided with a limb lead electrode. Each of the branch parts constituting the plurality of branch parts is inclined and branched from the main trunk part in a direction in parallel to each other or a direction crossing each other in an acute angle, in a position avoiding a chest lead portion on the body along the inclination of the portion to the vertical direction.
