A nose plug assembly and a non-hanging ear mask using the same are illustrated, and the nose plug assembly has a main body, a first nose plug portion and a second nose plug portion. Two sides of the top of the main body are formed with two mask fixing components, the top of the main body can penetrate a slip of a mask body, and the two mask fixing components can fix the mask body to form the non-hanging ear mask. The user can put the first and second nose plug portions of the nose plug assembly into his/her nostril.
