This invention relates to a chalaza hydrolysate, a preparation method and a use thereof. The preparation method comprises the steps of hydrolyzing a chalaza material by an enzyme to obtain a hydrolysate solution； filtrating and lyophilizing the hydrolysate solution to obtain a chalaza hydrolysate which comprises leucine, arginine, phenylalanine, valine and lysine.
